Vero Beach operations
The Vero Beach center serves St. Lucie, Indian River and Brevard. These locations were acquired by Community Asphalt in 2001 as part of its expansion plan, which was developed in response to the evolution of infrastructure and technology.
With over 100 employees, this center expects to double its staff in the next five years. Its premises include three 200 ton storage silos as well as two vertical liquid asphalt tanks. Significant projects include, among others, the construction of SR 91 on Florida’s Turnpike St. Lucie County and SR 5 US1 Gifford – Indian River County. Among others, a design and build and finance project for the widening and reconstruction of eleven miles of I95 in Brevard County.
